At Flyn, we are dedicated to offering our buyers exquisite fragrances and a seamless purchasing process. Should you happen to receive a damaged product, we are fully prepared to assist you.
Requirement: An uninterrupted unboxing video featuring the completely sealed package, clearly displaying the shipping label and all six sides, is strictly required for any exchange, return, or refund claims.
Order Cancellation Fees
If you decide to cancel a purchase after it has already left our facility, a Rs. 200 fee will be billed to the buyer. This covers our logistics, restocking, and handling expenses. To initiate a cancellation on a dispatched order, please email our support staff at flynfragrances@gmail.com at your earliest convenience.
Returns
Return Qualifications:

We only accept return claims for goods that arrive damaged, and these must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

To be considered for a return, the merchandise must remain completely unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, displaying obvious signs of transit damage (e.g., shattered glass, severely torn exterior).

Products that are not damaged, or have been utilized, opened, or tampered with, will not be accepted for a return.
How to Return:

To start a return, email our customer care team at flynfragrances@gmail.com with your specific order number, the reason you are returning it, and the required unboxing footage highlighting the damage.

After your request is authorized, we will share the necessary instructions for sending the item back.

Flyn pays the return shipping fees for approved damaged items. We categorically reject returns for undamaged goods.

Refunds
How Refunds Work:

Once the returned package arrives at our location, our team will inspect it against your submitted video evidence. We will then email you to confirm if your refund has been authorized or denied.

If authorized, the refund will be initiated and the amount will automatically route back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
Partial Refunds:

We do not issue partial refunds, because returns are exclusively limited to fully damaged merchandise.
Delayed or Missing Refunds:

If 7-10 working days have passed and you haven't seen the refund, please review your bank statement one more time.

Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges for intact, undamaged products. If your item arrives broken, you can ask for a replacement by adhering to the standard return procedure:

Email our support staff at flynfragrances@gmail.com containing your order details, the reason for exchanging, and the mandatory unboxing video capturing the damage.

Upon authorization, ship the damaged product back to us, and we will dispatch a replacement (dependent on current stock availability).
