Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Fragrances Should your perfume arrive damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you can ask for a replacement within 24 hours of receipt, following our Returns Policy. A continuous unboxing video clearly displaying the shipping label and all six sides of the unopened box is strictly required to process these requests. Expected Delivery Window Delivery times vary based on the specific fragrances ordered. For perfumes marked as 'In Stock' on our site, you can generally expect your package to arrive within 5 to 7 business days.

Our Delivery Process We dispatch all orders via trusted courier partners—such as Ekart, Blue Dart, FedEx, and others—to guarantee prompt and secure transit anywhere in India.

Issues with Your Delivery If you receive a defective, broken, or incorrect fragrance, please reach out to us at flynfragrances@gmail.com within 24 hours of the package arriving. As stated in our Returns Policy, an uninterrupted unboxing video capturing the shipping label and all six sides of the sealed box is mandatory to process any claims.
